There are a total of 2,674 active and pending properties on the market for anyone looking to buy a home or land on Maui.

My company, Jim Sanders Realty Inc does not have all these listings in our stable.  Neither does any other real estate brokerage on Maui, such as Coldwell Banker Island Properties, Century 21 All Islands, or Keller Williams.  If it's in our Maui MLS then we are all able to display the listings by way of IDX.  We are all able to display each other's listings as a benefit to each other because we agree to cooperate in a sale... that's the heart of an MLS system.

Georgina, it looks like Maui condo's have the edge by shear numbers.  I was interested to read that you allow dual agency...I know it's up to each state, but we allow a limited dual agency of course with permission of both principals.
