So I was wondering if people saw much activity over Thanksgiving. I have noticed that different holidays are different in the amount of people that are interested in looking. Usually memorial day is somewhat busy. People that are interested in relocating will take the long weekend as a time to go visit the city they are planning on moving too. But Thanksgiving I have found to be pretty slow. I assume this is because its a holiday that people generally use to spend with family and friends and so there is less real estate activity. I was wondering if other people have seen this as well?

I had a client who wanted to look at homes Thursday morning (which I declined), and I received 2 calls on listings from internet ads...buyers are out there.
