For the sixth year, the Henderson's Terrible 400 Desert Race returns to the Eldorado Valley on December 1, 2008. The area is located between Henderson and Boulder City. This will be the final competition in the Best in the Desert series.
The race track will run through the McCullough Mountain Range in the Eldorado Valley and is 80 miles long. It will be a challenging course for over 200 vehicles, including cars, trucks, ATVs, and motorcycles. They will have to attempt to complete the course 5 times. The Start/Finish Line is located off Nevada Highway 95,near the Railroad Pass exit
There will also be events in downtown Henderson in the Water Street District from November 29 to December 2, 2007 including a concert by a great local rock band, Yellow Brick Road on Friday,November 30 at 6:30 PM and a driver/rider meeting after the concert.
