Can Videos Generate Leads?
According to a blog post that I just read from Keller Williams Family Reunion in Orlando, FL this week, videos are well worth the time and small upfront investment for generating leads.
The panel of experts at this breakout session shared their tips for using videos to generate leads for their businesses. See the blog for Hot Break Out Sessions on Using Videos, and you will want to add producing videos to your marketing budget for 2012 if you haven’t already done so.
With YouTube being the second largest search engined used by consumers, it just makes great sense to add videos to your marketing efforts this year. I am told that only 5% of the agents nationally are doing videos, and this makes it a great opportunity to get ahead of the competition in your market area. You don’t really have to be perfect since you will get better as you go along. No one knows this better than I do, since I can see myself improving in the video productions with my community reports.
There are several Active Rain Super Stars, who are way ahead in the video production to generate leads. If you would visit Debb Janes new Group, YouTube Thursdays, you will find a wealth of information about making videos from many of these AR Super Stars, like Richard Yates, Andy Mooers, Debb Janes, Karen Kruschka, Cindy Edwards, Michael Thornton, and Cathy Bureau, just to name a few.
But, the one Star that I wanted to bring everyone’s attention to is Fred Griffin from Tallahassee, Florida. Fred has always been my number one resource for social media, and he has this new group in Active Rain that was created back in November, 2011. Fred's new Group is simply “You Tube”, and we need subscribers, and other AR members to step up to join Fred’s new Group, and share your You Tube experiences, or give us some tips. Fred has posted several great posts in this Group that will assist you in your video productions. I know there are other great Video Groups in Active Rain, but I wanted to Introduce Fred’s You Tube Group since there are only a few subscribers, and a lot of great posts for your video education.
