We have been dealing with some clients that are waiting, waiting for the prices to go down. I am sure many of you are in the same boat! Well, this one couple in particular flew down here from the northeast several times during the end of summer and early fall to look at homes. Then they flew home to play the waiting game.
I informed them that if they want to homestead the home next year, it must close before 2007 ends. This is the same information I have been giving everyone!
Well, they are now interested in 4 of the 50 or so homes we have showed them during their trips down here - the problem is that 3 of the 4 are sold and the 4th one is not the top of the list. So back to square one! We are showing them 3 additional homes that are similar to the ones that sold, but not as cheap!
The bottom line is that if you are waiting, waiting for the price to drop, chances are excellent that the house will sell and you can start all over again! These deals are sweet right now and at these prices, they are not going to stay on the market forever!
