The biggest challenge of a Recycling program is altering - changing the mindset of LAZY people who don't care about recycling!

In the office place, it's often necessary to put some "mandatory" - DO What Is Right incentive program in place.

To help people recycle:

• Educational program - why it's important to recycle, plus GUILT trip for not recycling!
• Each person should have their own recycling container at their work station for paper.
• Central place for recycling aluminium cans and plastics.
• Recycle corrugated card boards at the back part of the office.
• ASSIGN Recycling Champion! Rotate the position so that each person has the responsibility and learns from it. And takes pride in helping to reduce, reuse, and recycle campaign.
