Anytime I have an auction I like to have a Video made of the property. This allows folks to take a tour of the property before they drive out or come to my auction.

I make the video's using Final Cut X, and I get the voiceover done by a guy I met off of voice123.com in Detroit. The video plays on our website and the local newspapers page. The voice track is also aired on Nashville Radio Stations!
I had the logo animation made at the front and begining made by a guy in Greece...met him off a website called elance.com
