The community pool/spa/clubhouse area are first-class and very resort style. This community has over a 50% second home/vacation home residency. Most vacation home buyers have disposable income, put down 30% or more, and in many cases paid cash. It's a great opportunity to purchase in Encore because the pricing has come down in this development with overall market conditions, but it still remains a very high demand community. Furthermore, Cachet is a small private builder who builds a great quality product with character to both the interior and exterior of the villas.
