3 Comments on Real estate photos that sell
If more than 5% of real estate agents, brokers were shooting, editing, rendering and uploading real full motion video with audio, the new number one buyers would be after would be video. Working in harmony with the imagery that is wider, bigger, crisper, more interesting and greater in photo number to help support, complete the information transmission. Two senses are better than one. Involved the ears too to fill in what the real estate buyer is seeing.
Andrew, I so agree. Part of my marketing plan is that I do a video of the home giving a tour of the property. It really helps buyers to get a feel for the home and is wonderful for buyers after they have seen the home to help them remember all of the details when they are considering which home to make an offer on.
I have to disagree with the video. I, for one, never had the patience to sit through a virtual tour when house hunting. I like to go at my own pace, and I know I am not alone. I think video for homes is overrated.
