Recently Bill Gassett had invited me to Cre8buzz so naturally I had to try it out! There are quite a few familiar faces on the buzz. Some of my favorite reads.
Now recently "The Antman" and I have been corresponding a bit. He is usually the first friend you will make. Kind of like Tom from myspace but the difference is The Antman jumps around and I mean he really gets around visits and personally comments. Not sure if Tom does but I only get system generated e-mails from him.

For me, I want my name everywhere on the net....I want maximum exposure. So when I get the chance to beta test or get an invite...if it's beneficial...if it's useful..and social networking.
I take them up on it...you never know they could end up as big as myspace!
"Cre8Buzz is a new social networking beta with a clean, crisp interface. More visually pleasing than MySpace, free of the distracting games and applications of FaceBook, yet more interesting and "hip" than LinkedIn, this is social networking for the young adult set."
"At the moment, Cre8Buzz is still in beta, which means you need an invitation from a beta tester like myself to try it out."
"I think they could easily surpass the success of MySpace and FaceBook for the young professional and young creative sets."

The Buzz by no means is a replacement of Activerain or any other social network for that matter. It's supplementing your marketing on-line, its meeting more people and making more contacts, possibly your next buyer or seller or even referral.
I really love it...even though though I am new at it. There seems to be someone stopping by and checking up on you! The look to me is beautiful.
Very simple to maneuver, just got to get the hang of it like everything else. There are so many categories and the community is growing. Very friendly with so much talent!
Incredible writers,motorcycles, photography etc. etc.
So what's gotten me buzzing around the rain?...Its a golden opportunity...It's really hard to get in.. It's By Invitation Only...so today ladies and gentlemen, "The Antman" challenged me...and you know me...I had to take him up on it..
One last thing, after a few interactions back and forth, I had to ask.....Why "The Antman"?
he replied....
"The Antman" came from Chris Anderson's, "The Long Tale" book:
“The new tastemakers are us. Word of mouth is now a public conversation, carried in blog comments and customer reviews, exhaustively collated and measured. The ants have megaphones.”
I got it....I understand! Check it out!

You know...I'm glad I told you I didn't receive the invite...when you sent it again it was in my junk mail. Now that I'm in ...I really like it. Thanks Bill and Midori...I'll try stuff out as well! Also, when I joined...Antman was right there welcoming me....I liked that. Soon after a whole slew of people saw me and immediately welcomed me. It was such a warm welcome!
