In what's becoming the norm, Charlotte real estate prices continue to rise

in the face of national housing recession and price decline. Prices of all the single family residential Charlotte Solds, from 7/1/07 to 9/30/07, rose 4.97% over the same period in 2006, based on the sold Cost Per Square foot. Units Sold fell a little over 12% for the same record setting 2006 time period... taking Charlotte back to 2004 sales levels.
