There I am in church this morning & the pastor says something about the "young people" texting... That's what the "young people" do.

Then he followed up with asking how many people over the age of 50 use text messaging..  Whew... I'm only 43, so I guess I'm still a young person!

I blogged earlier on the new service that I am providing for my sellers, where a prospective buyer can drive up to a property & send a text message request & receive instant information (via text) on their cell phone.

My sellers are elated!  They are telling their friends & neighbors & I am getting lots of text inquiries.  The cool thing is when I get a price reduction, I can then send all those same people a "group message" about the reduced price...Including my sellers!

Way cool stuff!  The signs were the most expensive part & I am on my way to selling Idaho Real Estate in the Boise Real Estate market faster than ever!

.....And....  I'm a young person!  Whoo hoo!
