Market Update: Peoria Arizona

As with other areas in the Phoenix Metro Region, Peoria Arizona Home inventory is declining as prices are slowly rising.

Marge a good market report on Peoria Arizona. The house is very nice. I had to take a double take on the price! If I were a betting man I'd say this one will be Pending very quickly!

Nice colorful report.

But what caught my eye is how similar that house is to the one I had in Orlando FL. That was the popular style then (still?) stucco with barrel-tiled roof, Palladian windows, high ceilings....I loved that house!
