Keller Williams Realty held its final Mastermind of the year in Austin, focusing on the Shifting market.  The leadership turned the focus from the media induced, what I like to term “Property Pity Party” into Getting Back to Basics.  No matter what company affiliation you current have, you must Get Back to Basics!  We have been spoiled for the last several years and really didn’t have to prospect and analyze our business.  The market was so giving, now we have to actually Work.  One of the most valuable take aways from Mastermind was: 

          You Create Your Own Market!  - No matter what region you currently service, the market is what you create.  In every market, be it a Sellers Market or Corrected Market, Homes are being Sold and Purchased daily.  The next question is, How do I capture that market?
