no maybe a C cup, opps, maybe a B cup.... OKkkkaaayyyy...I'm a NC---that's a no cup (kidding as if it matters or it is the point of this post)....

Is your cup full? Is your attitude positive, or do you have a cup to fill?

Real Estate is a wonderful field to be a part of. Now might not be the time for a newbie, but I enjoy spending my time with the now so called "risk takers".

They want to buy, they are nervous...but........VERY IMPORTANT!!!

With a good agent, you can remove the nervousness, the skeptism, the market...as the media projects.

My cup might not be a D (no comments, pls) but I want my customer to have their cup half full at all times. No negativity...no issues...

There is no point in having an empty cup unless you are peddling for change :-)

I try to keep mine half full at all times... sometimes hard to do when there is a hole in the bottom?

Or if there is rum in it lol

My cup may not always be full but I always try to keep it at least half full.  Better a half full cup than a half empty cup.

Karen, what I mean is that I always keep it at least half full (probably more on the full side) but my cup is half full not ever half empty.  I think it is all about attitude.

The cup has always got to be 1/2 or even mostly full otherwise the attitude that follows can kill deals.
