4 Comments on Are Holiday Weekends Quiet in Your Marketplace?
Hi Cheryl, I was scrolling through blogs this morning and "Southern MD" caught my eye. I grew up around Baltimore and lived in Carroll County for a while before migrating North and then West. Working around holidays can be challenging but I like to think that every day is a holiday in Tehachapi, CA where I've lived for the past 15+ years.
Thanks for evoking memories of my past!
Cheryl, Sometimes holiday weekends are busy because people are off and take time to look at homes. My weekend is already busy with showings.
I am dancing to that drum beat. You know I love that picture!

Cheryl- I'd guess every region can be different. Since I'm not a Realtor i don't know what it's like for South Florida but this is our season so I'd imagine they're pretty busy.
Almost with the buyers would wait for Tuesday. This weekend is scheduled to be one of the busiest weekends of my career. I won't mind it when the commission comes in, but I'm going to be tired come Tuesday.
