A few years ago, my fellow coach and friend Margaret Krigbaum, MCC and I decided to co-lead an all day seminar called Simple and it stood for:

Simple

Pleasure

Less

Effort

We took the participants through a series of exercises and review of where in their lives they could create more pleasure with less effort! Cleaning up the clutter, setting boundaries, fine-tuning the little things. A great little 100 pt. checklist, called Clean Sweep, from CoachU can be found on my website at the bottom of the page.

After you see the work to be done and start doing, fill out a list of 100 Things That Make you smile!

I haven't taken my Clean Sweep temperature since I got to Tucson ... will put that on my list of things to do later when my work is complete ... and then get to that list about the smiles ... what a great way to usher in a new holiday season, with a focus on gratitude and smiles. 8-)))

Hi Joeann - I love "More Pleasure Less Effort"!! I was just looking over your 100 points Clean Sweep list, and will print it up to look over in more detail. I can see that I already do a number of these, but certainly have room for improvement. Thanks for sharing that - love it!
