Cyber Monday for Real Estate was in the news this morning. With the internet and online shopping I have found that Mondays are the best days that I get the most real estate leads that are good quality. Any lead should be view as a good lead. After a weekend of discussion, investigation or at least the beginning of the buying process for homes begins. This is the best time to cultivate and create top of the mind for customers. A good follow up system that provides helpful and useful information is a must. Also a phone is the best when possible.
