Speechless Sunday (almost!): Fence sitting.
Now is the time to convince buyers to get off the fence and purchase that home! Interests rates are low, inventory is good and prices have come down but are now slightly spiking up in the southern Utah residential real estate market.
If potential home buyers sit too long, the idea of home ownership will pass them by and become an elusive dream with nothing to show for it except sore butts...from kicking themselves.

Wanda, this is too cute! In past days, we had fence sitters, NOT NOW. Buyers today need to move, and move FAST to get what they want!
