Dreamy Draw Issue for Phoenix City Planning Commission

Arizonda Republic article today:

Talks about the request by Developer to place 5 homes on 10 acres in Dreamy Draw Area restricted to Open Space.

Greed is not a good thing. Keep the Space Open. Thousands drive on the 51 daily with the enjoyment of that space daily. We have plenty of land in less traveled areas and we need to stick to the Master Plan. Gosnell did the right thing originally lets not fold to the Developer on this one!
