County of Maui - State of Hawaii - official website is very useful

Many people are moving to Maui, and they have questions about how things work here on Maui. I like to send them a link to the official website for the government of the County of Maui, in the State of Hawaii, USA. Maui County encompasses the islands of Kaho`olawe, Lana`i, Maui and Moloka`i.

There is a wealth of information for people thinking of moving to Maui, and for those of us who live here already. You can look up the County Council members and committees.
