I am always reading everything related to real estate I can get my hands on.  I just came across a great ad that caught my attention that I would like to share with you.  With all the foreclosures hitting the market, this one is a great find.  Come to find out, a small number of our clients may qualify for a new program from the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) called FHA Secure.  The program is designed to transition homeowners with an impending ARM reset refinance into a fixed-rate loan.  Consumers need the following to qualify: an ARM that reset(s) between December 2005 and December 2009; a stable employment history and enough income to meet the fixed payments; 3 percent equity in the home; and a payment history that demonstrates they are not in default or have not been late in making payment before the loan reset(s).  For more info visit www.fhasecure-loan.com/.

So there you have it!  If this helps only one person, then this information has served its purpose.

Will it help you or someone you know?
