a snow covered patioIf you are an experienced archaeologist or even just a good wannabe...here's your big chance.  The Denver metro area was recently dumped upon, receiving averages of 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 feet of snow.  The city and the surrounding area has a severe need for professionals who like to DIG.

Are you a good digger?  Do you love working with a shovel in your hand?  Are you able to carefully excavate precious objects, both large and small?  Can you help locate the precise locations of past thoroughfares, side streets and driveways?

Archaeologists with 4 wheel drives are preferred.  Your arrival must be arranged via snowmobile, cross country skis, snowshoe or Hummer.  Other form of transportation to and out of the city are currently suspended.

Job opportunity begins NOW!  The skies are clearing and once the sun comes out your services may no longer be needed.  Hurry up, plan your arrival soon.

Be a part of history, come join is in the Big Digout!

BYOS =  Bring your own Shovel!

Needed immediately 300 Archaeologists (or strong men with shovels) to dig out Investco Field (BRONCO STADIUM) This is an emergency!  All able bodied diggers please help!

Hi Kristal,  Guess showing properties and having open houses is on hold for a while.  Sure is messing up all the travel plans there!  We do not see snow in Seattle very often--I love to look at it but do not like driving in it.  The picture is beautiful.  Have a good holiday anyway--and a prosperous New Year.

I'm being good here..... but I won't be joining you with my shovel.  Nice snow totals...send some to NH and make our skiers happy.

Blanca ~ the snow is beautiful and thank goodness it melts!

Leslie ~ A couple of my agents had relos in yesterday and tomorrow.  Guess they are enjoying the sights and sounds of DIA.  I feel so sorry for them.

Chris ~ We haven't had any power outages.  That to me would have been the pits!

Monika ~ You need snow in NH?  You have skiers in NH?  I suggest you send your skiers here, where the real hills are!  :)

MF ~  My driveway is clear and awaiting a connection to the real world. The snowplows have been busy clearing off the big streets.  I expect by tomorrow we will see a plow or two.

Kristal, in 1978 I was living in Rhode Island and we got 36 - 50+ inches of snow, I couldn't get home for three days.  That was the most snow I had ever seen!!

Good luck in digging out, but I think it is going to take more than a shovel.

The snow is beautiful... but makes me grateful for our unseasonable rain.

Fran ~ I-70 East is the only road that is not totally open.  The snow plow guys made amazing progress today.  Tomorrow will be better, I hope.  We are still stuck at the house.

George ~ That's a lot of snow!  The sun will come out tomorrow...that will help!

Angus ~ rain is not nearly as pretty!  I had a stay at home day today...it was ok by me!

Actually he loves snow ... hops through it like a bunny. When he's ready to come in his whole body is covered with snow, then I have to pick off all the crusties that stick to his feathers.

Seriously, the news here has really been focusing on your troubles there. I heard that Evergreen had 4-ft. I stayed with some friends years ago that lived up by Evergreen.

Hi Kristal, Don't those archaelogists work pretty slow... with baby shovels (you get on your knees to use) and toothbrushes?  Might as well wait for Spring. :-)

I hope things will get back to normal quickly.  Some of the folks in the east would really like some of that snow on their slopes.

A wonder posting Kristal.  Must have taken hours to put it together.  Ya done good!

Did you do all of the shovelling?  If you survived, enjoy your holiday!

Just think, it was not too long ago that I spent the night at the airport (9-11) without calling you for a room!

Is the stadium ready for the Bengals contest?  Are the Broncos ready for the Bengals?

Hi Ed, I'm so sorry you didn't call me when you were at DIA.  LDM and I were actually in the neighborhood.  We meet up with another Realtor I meet on RT. She was stuck there like everyone else.  It you come thru again, please call.

Denver is working on the Bengals right now.  The snow is falling again.  Just what we need!

Hey world, come  ski Denver!
