Both the Median Sales Price and the Average Sales Price for Wake Forest NC Real Estate increased since the same time period last year. The Median Sales Price increased by +23.7% and the Average Sales Price increased by +7.8%. It is good to see both number moving in the positive direction - my only concern would be for them to increase TOO quickly!
