Come on over!! We have plenty of old houses for you. This one has pocket doors as well. Lots of charm here.

Andrew, are those hardwood floors? They shine like a mirror. And granite in the kitchen. In my market this home would rent for $1,250 to $1,500 easy.

Yes, those are hardwood. Almost all of the houses in our areas have hardwood and it's most often covered by carpet. This home was remodeled by the owner, who planned to live in it, so he did everything right and very well. Now, his wife doesn't want to move here, so his loss will be someone's gain. I'm afraid $750 is at the high end of the rent scale for this neighborhood. Personally, I think it's a great bargain.
