11 Comments on Portland Property Pick of the Week | NE Portland Homes in Montavilla
Hey Carla! Your 71st Ave home featured is a charmer. I've always loved the bungalows for the front porches. Of course i'm in fairy land to think that we could sit out on our porches in the summertime here! Have a great weekend!
Hi Jan . . . Oh I don't know. I like the midnight summer eves! ;-)
Looks like another terrific pick of the week Carla. Buyers should be calling Carla Muss-Jacobs for all of their Real Estate Needs in Portland Oregon!!
what interesting info on the subdivision name. And nice house you picked too. When buyers call you I bet you can immeiately metally find a home for them...
Carla--Though I am not an exclusive buyer's agent, I do represent the buyer often. It is very interesting when you find these market "gems". A good buyer's agent can spot these opportunities on the market!
What a great pick! Love the house...I'm a sucker for Craftsman's and have wanted one of my own forever. Your featured house posts are a great idea. I bet the listing agents love you for it. I know I would!
Carla, one of the things I really like about working with buyers IS seeing the great homes out there. It sure looks like yo picked a gem of a home for sale in Portland Montavilla.
Carla-this is a great series, and I love this house. Very nicely done, warm, clean colors on the wall make it very easy to see yourself living in it. I echo everyone else, good eye!
Carla - I absolutely love how you show case a "pick of the week," it's such a great idea.
Carla, You are certainly the AR Queen if home selecting. Wonderful Craftsman Bungalow!
Hi Brenda . . . I love all the bungalows and craftsman style homes in that area!
Hey Tammy -- and you know, until I wrote this post, I didn't know about the Mt. Tabor Villa assocation. Mt. Tabor is a very lovely area too.
Hi Teri . . . I typically make that disclaimer in the "pick" blogs because I don't want anyone to think I'm advertising this as my listing. I always have permission from the owner and/or listing agent and/or RMLS to post. YES, good buyers' agents know how to pick 'em too!! ;-)
Hey Laraine -- our MLS has a section for agents to yeah, or nay, blogging. And why wouldn't a listing agent want to have their listing exposed?!? ;-)
Hi Juli . . . it's a rehabbed beauty. The company doing the refurbishing is amazing. They do very good work.
Hey Marie -- thanks!! And coming from a home stager/home refresher, I'm glad we agree!! ;-)
Hi Michelle . . . thank you so much. I appreciate the encouragments.
Hey Marge -- thanks but this almost picked itself, if you know what I mean!! LOL
