Text Signage is up!

I have 14 of my listings set up with my new text messaging feature! If you couldn't tell by my excessive blogging, I'm pretty excited about it! My signs cost me $23.00 each & the service is $.30 per inquiry.

I expect this to be a great listing tool as well as another avenue to capture leads of qualified buyers/texters. It's cold, but active in this Boise Real Estate Market!

Interesting idea...I just placed a text message generator on my website at www.mynewnchome.com and it works good but has not had a lot of use as of yet.

Don-How is it working for you? Are there other options besides texting?

Pleae keep us informed at how well this works in your area... I think some areas will work better than others.

I have one house that the back faces the entrance street of the subdivision and I posted a second sign (different code#) on the back fence. I haven't had a ton of activity from the text system so far, but I know it is a great listing tool!
