Hi Cyndee:  Yes, I very much missed being able to trek on down to Tampa.  And, that hammock sounds wonderful.  I will have to bop over and catch up on your blog again.  Thanks for being my first comment.  Take care... hope you had a great Thanksgiving.

Karen, this neighborhood sounds lovely and that house is a beauty.  We don't see many brick homes in our neck of the woods.  When you're done on Cyndee's hammock, I have a rocker on my porch and a pitcher of fresh lemonade. =)

Euless seems to be full of secrets!  Being away from the hustle and bustle of "life" sounds like the place to LIVE!!  How awesome that you're inviting buyers to the best kept secret!!

Hi Maggie:  Yes, this neighborhood is going to be great.  And... it backs right up to Wilshire Park.  I have a feeling it's going to be very popular.  Thanks for your kind comments.  So, you have a rocker and some lemonade waiting for me ?  Maggie, I have been "off my rocker" for quite a while, so spending some quiet time in your rocker will be quite nice.  Thanks for the offer...

Hi Susie:  This neighborhood isn't out in the boonies, it's right inside of Euless... part of the Mid-Cities here in the Fort Worth area.  But, it is kind of hidden away, and it backs up to Wilshir Park with its pond, jogging path, picnic area and fishing pier.  Sounds pretty relaxing to me !  Susie, thanks for your kind comments... take care.

Karen, you are so funny!  You have a way of describing a house or a neighborhood that makes me want to move to Texas!

Karen - I really like the brick on these homes, are all neighborhoods in the area like that?

Hi Patricia:  Wait !  Let me look first... .  Ok, I just checked.  We have room for you, so Come On Down !  Perhaps if we get enough "northerners" down here... we can take over this place !  LOL.  Patricia, thanks so much for your kind comments.  Take care...

Hi Steve:  Yes... most neighborhoods have at least three-sides-brick on their homes.  The big brick in Texas is Acme Brick... with Troy Aikman of the Cowboys as their spokesman.  Brick homes are "big" all over Texas.  At first, when I moved here from Cleveland, I thought it was weird.  I wanted a nice, cape-cod or "salt box" colonial with white or gray siding.  Could not find one !  Prolly a good thing, because I would have trouble re-selling it now.  Thanks for visiting.  Take care...
