There are so many ways we can feel REALLY GOOD at the end of the day. Here is a partial list of the things that I can do for my BUSINESS that will help make my day.
I feel great if I have accomplished a few of the following things:
- completed most of the items on my TO DO LIST
- received a referral from a client or another agent
- reciprocated with a good referral to another agent
- caught up with a new marketing idea
- mentored another agent
- saw a new agent blossom or a NEWBIE AGAIN gain their confidence and skills back
- produced a super brochure that has photos and text that do the property justice
- found the right home for a client
- saw the completion of the building process with a reputable builder and my client
- received a call from an agent with a good contract on a property that must be sold
- advised a seller on a way to get their property sold AND they take it
- met someone for the first time that said, "Oh, I see your signs all over." or "You are the agent I've heard such good things about."
- took a worthwhile real estate class
- learned some information that will be valuable to my current and future clients
- earned a new designation
- discovered an area around the Lake Anna countryside that is new to me
- realized again how much I enjoy being a REALTOR
