Access to Loxahatchee from the south is via newly expanded Southern Boulevard (a 6-8 lane highway).

Access from the North access is through Northlake Blvd, which is an exit off the Florida Turnpike.

There are paved roads which lead into and across Loxahatchee, but many of the roads are graded dirt roads.

Whats going on Brother? I used to live in Loxahatchee, and it is Beautiful out there. Any land is great to have, because there is not alot left.

Hi Tom, yes its a great place, especially if you want to get away from the 'hustle and bustle' of city life. It's a great alternative without being in the middle of nowhere.

Hi Dan, We have all kinds of names, which I suspect are from the Indians that were here first. From what I could find, the Loxahatchee Canal comes from "turtle stream". So I guess Loxahatchee means 'turtle.

BTW, it's also commonly known as the Acreage, in case you need to say it without a smile. :)

Hey Nick. Congrats!! FYI Loxahatchee and the Acreage are 2 different places neighboring each other. The Acreage properties will have a Royal Palm Beach, FL address and Lox will have a Loxahatchee address. Just a little bit of knowledge. Droppin knowledge on your a.. But they are all mostly 1.25 or more of acreage out there and you would not even know you went in to Lox from the Acreage anyway so I am being a little nit picky but better for you for your pitch. Makes you sound super knowledgeable!!!! Talk to you soon brother and hope this moves for you. If I have anyone looking for land I will show them this fo sho!!!!!
