This is intended to show how real estate is doing in the current market within Broward County Florida
What is shown are links to the maximum, minimum and average values of real estate as found in the SouthEast Florida MLXChange database values for Broward county Florida. My disclaimer is that the values shown are believed to be accurate, but you should contact me when you are at a decision point for you to make an informed decision regarding real estate in a particular area.
Richard this is a great first blog. You are aiming this info at the consumer and making it easy for them to link to your website, well done. As you continue blogging you will probably find out that the consumer oriented blogs tend to get less "response" from other members here, but don't let that deter you. Just keep putting out good information, and posting in the appropriate places. As these are consumer oriented, I would also suggest you join the group "posts to localism" and put them there too, if you still need another group ( can do 5 groups each time). I think you will find a link to this group in the Newbies posts, or on my profile page for sure.
You will fit right in and be off and running in no time flat.
Ernie - I have posted this here as well a test to see where it belongs. Do you think it belongs here ?? Please let me know as you are the founder of the group... If you like it and want me to set one up for you in your area, then let me know and I would be happy to help you do it. The basic map is the MLS Grid map that you would use in your area.
The same goes for Georgina -
My idea here is to let people outside have a visual to where cities and roads are located in an area you are familiar with but others may not be. I think this is a good first attempt at doing that. Feedback is always appreciated.
Richard, I am glad you posted it here! You are doing a great job in getting your blogs our and posting them to your local area! I will definitely refer people to you there in Florida when I find someone moving or looking there. Take care!
Looks good Richard. Seems like you are on the right track.
