Leader 11-26-07

Here is a good little video on leadership, and how to lead your troups into battle, and come out successful. It is based on Santa and how he gets things done in the North Pole. I thought that it was cute, but it has allot of good info for us to follow. Think about it, in one way or another, you are a leader. You have someone looking up to you, whether it is employees, co workers, family, children, friends; someone values your opinions and the way you treat them. I hope you enjoy.

Very cute. So true, although when it comes to agents I find it can be tricky not crossing that fine line between independent contractor and employee.

Santa has an advantage-he is one of the most recognized characters around.
