Why loose their  home if there is a chance of saving it. I will negotiate the recalculation of their loan from an ARM to a fixed rate. It may be in their best interest to refinance and this is something that will be discusses.  If these option will not work I still may be able to help with in Lieu of foreclosure.

These are hard times for all, the lender does not want to forclose if at all possible and the owner wants to stay in their home. Just call me and lets see what we can do to work out their problems.
