Susan, this house is precious! It brings back memories of the carriage houses in my hometown of Hinsdale, Illinois. The are only a few carriage houses in Dallas. If I moved in, I might never leave the property! You did a wonderful job describing this property.

Looking for a carriage house or something for my daughters and I to go to after the sale of our house in Middletown. Love the farm or lots of land resting around the rental. We have a gorgeous 10 year old dog who is a dear dog and quiet. Would need to find something I am sure by 8/2019My daughter will be a senior at Mater Dei do I would like to stay in the surrounding towns and reasonable in price. 2 bedrooms, 3 if available alsoThank you Ingrid
