Thank you for not re-scheduling your Benicia Property Management client
We do owe some of our success to you, dear agent, who did not re-schedule your appointment with your potential renter when you didn’t make it into work.
In a previous blog regarding a satisfied client, I described renting a home the very same day that we took over the contract. For this particular Benicia Property Management home, a prior satisfied customer had referred us, and we of course wanted to do a good job so as to show that we are worthy of that referral.
The renter had taken a day off of work and travelled from out of town to make appointments with both Delgado Property Management as well as another establishment in town. When the renter arrived in our office, she was very upset. It seems that she had made her appointment with the other rental establishment and their words to her were:
“You will have to re-schedule.Our agent didn’t make it in today and we don’t know when he will be available”
This person had driven from out of town for this mid-day appointment and no one bothered to call her ahead of time to tell her that the agent she made the appointment with was unavailable!
This renter came into our office, was offered some iced lemon water and a comfortable seat and after telling the story above said:
“I’m renting my Benicia rental home with you guys since you understand customer service”
As it turned out, this very well-qualified renter loved the home described in Another Vallejo Property Management client speaks in his own words and we rented the home the very same day that we listed it!
Sometimes things just come together.
