There are new GAR forms that will take effect in 2007.  If you have not yet seen them, check out the GAR site to take a look at their training (sample) forms.

In looking at the new Purchase and Sale Agreement, there are some notable changes which seem to favor the Seller.  For instance, the Seller will no longer be responsible for providing a Wood Infestation Report.  The wording is as follows:  "9C  Termites:  Buyer shall be solely responsible for inspecting for any wood destroying organisms and obtaining any Official Georgia Wood Infestation Report that may be of interest to Buyer or required by Buyer's mortgage lender9s)."
