Anybody read the article about housing drops on MSN today?

Hi Everyone,

Did anyone read the national statistics posted today on msn business today?

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/21990290/

Anybody have any light to shed on their particular communities?

It is interesting that they are using Standard and Poor for their statistics and not local MLS Data.

I talked with a local real estate appraiser last week that argued the efficacy of the data used in relation to the Tucson Real Estate market.

Anybody have any input?

I saw it. More great news, right? As if we haven't had enough already.  My market was doing fine.  However, my clients are now thinking that our market is in a downturn because of what they hear on the news and in other cities.  It's like this huge windfall effect.
