CRAIGSLIST POSTING TOLL

By
Real Estate Agent with HomeSmart Elite Group

In the last few weeks Craigslist has changed their terms of use and have been very successful at blocking my posts or limiting them to 10-20. I have been getting around this by going to all the free sites Starbuck's, McDonald's and the local book store to post my Ads. With this toll I am now able to post from my office, and not worry about getting my office IP Blocked, several of the Keller Williams office are flagged by Craigslist as spammers I found this product that has allowed me to create more posts for Craigslist without getting flagged or Ghosted. The product name is IP Easy, when you sign in to your computer it launches at start up and allows you to set where you are in the world.  My location is Chandler, USA, where my internet service provider is located.

It allows you to basically jump, hop, or change IP’s while you are posting to Craigslist and avoid the problems mega posters encounter. They also have software that allows you to clear the history and clear the cookies from the computer. Find more Info at http://www.easy-hideip.com/.

You may find this product at http://www.easy-hideip.com/

Hope this works for you, there are other ways to change the IP, but this is great for us non-techies.

Craigslist is great for leads when you post the right kind of ad.  It gets very confusing about how many ads you can post and what words NOT to use, getting ghosted etc.  I am thinking of ordering this program for more information on Craigslist.  http://crushitoncraigslist.com/index/order/  Good luck with Craigslist ads!!

Very good tip! I think many agent using their laptop from home will not run into this problem though, since the volume is not the same as an entire KW office might be. But again, great information to have if needed!

Might be a great site. Have never been blocked so not sure if I need it. I have had some issue with craigs list in terms of scammers trying to rent homes that aren't for rent.

The problem is that maybe you are a spammer. How many posts are we talking about? Are you trying to monopolize the postings in your area so the competition is overwhelmed?

Thanks for the tip - Posting too many ads all at the same time will get a person blocked - but I have found if I post throughout the day it works out okay.

Good to know. I have not posted so many ads in a day that it has caused a problem...yet.

Hi Jack,

I have had this problem in the past but not lately.  I've bookmarked the site just in case I do again though.
