I think we ought to not hire agents that spend too much time with their families either I mean all that time could be used on selling my home right. Or the one that has hobbies I mean his only life should be selling my house that is what I hired him for. LOL
Maria, I don't think many Buyers or Sellers give enough thought to what they really need in a Realtor.
Hi Maria...Having a Check list when you take a new listing would help with this issue, but then again I'm sure this Realtor doesn't have a check list.

Wow, that's one striking example of lack of attention to detail...for the seller's sake I'm hoping the mistake was quickly realized!
Maria, can you imagine the reaction the seller might have had if they discovered this? WOW!!!! Attention to detail does matter! Thanks for the reminder to be diligent in all things!
Maria, love the attention to details, who knew there was a map of Upper Mongolia? I'll be giggling about this for a while! It is ridiculously simple to double check the mapping after entering a listing on MLS. The service even uses great big letters to suggest you do so. We see this misplacement on the map so often, never in Mongolia so far but I've seen Western NC properties end up in GA.
Mona, running across this error was at once hilarious and alarming. I'll bet the sellers have no idea.
