Tina, talk about curb appeal.. this has it. How many bedrooms, baths, square footage etc. You might want to add some tags for SEO purpose and give the photos each a name.

 Sorry it's taken me so long to respond.  I am going to add more information to the listing.  What are tags??  Thank you for all of your compliments, it is a very nice house, taken very good care of inside & outside.  You would never know that it is 12 years old!  No, I did not stage it, the owners have excellent taste in decorating.  They are eager to move into a different school district due to academic needs of their child.  Any ideas??
