Apps and IconsSeems like everything you need or want anymore has an App associated with it, whether for your phone or tablet.  All comes down to what consumers and business people want.  Ask and you shall have it.

It struck me that the same is true for buyer and seller clients.  It’s been a long time since someone asked a question that I haven’t heard before (but those are good too – great opportunity to learn something new).

Especially where First Time Buyers are concerned, the questions are plentiful.  And I’m so glad that they are.  Buying a house is a BIG DEAL and people should take the time to learn about the process.

I love this part of the job. So, as those questions come up I look at them as great content for a blog post.  Over the past year, many of my posts have been the result of specific questions I’ve received from clients.

Have a question?  Throw it out there. It’s a great excuse for a new blog topic.

Yes, the questions we get sometimes make great fodder for a bog post.  After all, if one buyer doesn't know then there are many more that don't also.  And you can provide the app blog.

Karen, great post! FAQ's are always great topics for blog posts.  These are questions the public wants to know the answers to so you'll keep people on your blog longer and keep them coming back for more info.  All of that means, they'll more than likely remember you when the time comes to buy, sell, or refer.

Vern - I keep a running list of ideas. Now I just need time to write them all!

Jane - I should be busy soon - I had one buyer email me about 7 questions tonight!

Donna - Other people's post are always a source of ideas we can tweak for our own market.

Tammy - I like that thought - stickiness of a website is always important.

Karen - Yesterday I received an email from a buyer asking to make several offers on pending properties.  This former teacher seized it as a teachable moment and I feel a blog post forming...

Karen - the ever-changing face of this industry is what keeps it interesting.

Norma - I didn't know you were a teacher before, but that doesn't suprise me. There is a huge component of education involved in real estate. I'll look for that blog post ;)

Answering questions is an outstanding way to find blog topics and it is very nice to be able to email a link to a blog that addresses the specific needs of the client.

Wonderfully written! Actually, commonly heard and it (the phrase-There's an ap for that!) even sounds fun....
