HAhahahahhahaHAhahaHA! That's a cute title and wisdom in the post! I love the cowpie idea. This will go over well in east Texas! :)
You know what, Margaret? That is a really good idea and a great tool for our sellers who need help in that area. I can think of one of mine, right now, who would benefit from this advice.
This sounds likesomething my wife would suggest... to me! :)
Clever idea Margaret.
Joni, If anyone understands cow pies, it is a gal from Texas!
Chris, I am using this idea on each listing appointment. Even get the kids their own calendar.
Tom, This idea was inspired by Linda Davis.
Margaret: Great idea; This is a fabulous idea. A good friend of mine use this idea last year when she was home last year for about three months taking care of her husband. There weren't planning a move, but she started sorting things just because she had the time. Soon it became a major project and she could move now at any time. The house is ready.
Margaret ~ Now that is a very cute and constructive idea for the whole family to get involved in!!
Margaret,
I must learn something new from you each and every-time I read one of your posts! This was great, thanks for sharing.
Margaret ~ You are like the energizer bunny... there is no end to your ideas and then.... the FOLLOW through! So fun to have you as a freind learning together daily!
This reminds me of an old phrase "How do you eat an elephant?" Answer: One bite at a time. The best way to take on a big project is do it a little at a time. Great advice, Margaret!
Margaret love the title! I have someone right now that I am working with that I am going to suggest this to. Thanks for sharing!
Margaret, great idea! I just moved and, even after getting rid of piles, am faced with too much, so I'm going to adapt this idea for post-move as well. Thanks!
Love this, and it works, one day at a time! I've done the same thing with shopping bags: when my husband and I downsized, we made a pact to take one shopping bag of stuff out each time we left the house, and to take it to where it was destined to go (Salvation Army, HabitatReStore, friend's house, office, etc.). It made an overwhelming task more manageable!
I LOVE the title! Lots of Cow Pies to get rid of!
Anne, What a great story. Getting rid of the stuff before you are forced to do it.
Frank and Karen, It is a fun family project.
Hillary, We need to talk. I have some great news to share with you.
Carra, We learn from each other's energy. Thank you for being my friend.
Bryan, Good analogy!
Debra, It is a fun title, thanks to Carra Riley.
Kathleen, Love that you stopped by. I was thinking about you. The ACC craft show is this month.
#12...What a good idea...one shopping bag at a time with each and every outing. Excellent suggestion.
