You are in control of your destiny.  You come to a fork in the road and you make the call to go left, right or straight up the middle.  You decide when you are going to wake up,what you are going to eat and what your day is going to look like.  You can make the call or wait for it. You can let email ruin your day by answering each and every email the moment it comes in. 

When you increase the amount of decisions that you make intentionally; you decrease the amount of lessons you learn accidentally.  I choose to go fast.  So, I cannot complain when I get a ticket.  I choose to be the #1 Mortgage Banker in the State of Indiana.  So, I know I have some work to do.  

There are three basic decisions one gets to make in life:

You can make a choice that build you up, by reading more, by doing things that make you uncomfortable to get more business.  Choosing to go above and beyond.

You can make choices that pull you down by coming in late for work, gossipping, or listening to nay-sayers.

You can make choices that help you  break even, by just doing what it takes to get by.  Not daring to be great

We all make choices every day, every minute, every second that will either help us, break us or keep us average.  Do not be afraid of failure.  Strife to be exceptional, DECIDE YOUR DESTINY
