Peg - Another gorgeous staging job! I love all the touches. The artwork is especially appealing. I also love all the different textures and natural elements. You are THE Stager to call in Edmonton! I hope you've booked yourself into a spa after this workout! You deserve it!
Chris, thanx, but this isn't my listing as I'm not a Realtor...
Tom, Thanx! After a while I was completely confused as to what was needed where. Luckily I had before photos, but even then I'd be looking at them and saying; is this house number 1 or 2? LOL!
BU-FU, Thanx so much, it makes me feel so good seeing the results! I love my life!
Sal Gal, I really needed the hot tub, I can tell you! A spa day sounds good, but sleep is what I really need; we were there until 2 am one morning, and then was back at it at 8 am...Thanx for such a positive feedback and thanx for the email encouragement!
Sharon! Thanx! I have to admit I had a nap this afternoon! :D
Hey Peg, Way to go. It looks fantastic, good work!!! I hope it sells quickly and the listing agent tells all his Realtor friends what a great job you did. I'm sure you know you should have some business cards out, especially if there is a broker tour or broker caravan in that area of Edmonton.
When you are as young as you are, 2 houses in 4 days...nothing. LOL. I have 2 vacants this week back to back along with picking up 2 houses that sold, one on each of the staging days and all I can say is thank God I am so young. ahahahaha..... These houses look fantastic!
LOLloyd, Thanx! I have my brochures in the front hall table with the flowers, so everyone entering can see them. I want to have a broker tour if the agent won't. I've already emailed a bunch of agents with my blog posts, but two have them replied already by saying not to spam them... I say right up front in the email that here are some properties if your clients are interested in this area. I'm not asking for a commission or anything, just letting them know.
Shar! Thanx! You have a gruelling week ahead of you! That's the problem with being successful... :D
*Oh, Peg*--You did me proud, missy! Loved the colors and textures and you worked your pretty patoody off and it shows! Mavvvvelous....some people don't want to sell when it looks this good...just sayin'.....
Gaylefriend*snap*, Glad you like it! Thanx! Luckily our client is the builder, so he does want to sell and has no emotional attachment!
Awesome work....exactly as I would expect from you! That house is huge...what a kitchen! HOpe you got that nap!
Sharon, Thanx! I just got word the house has an offer on it! Woo Hoo! Home Staging Works! But you knew that! Glad I napped yesterday, because I sure won't sleep now! :D
Amazing transformation, sweet Peg. So excited for you for both jobs. Gonna go check out the other house now. Hope you're well.
Mimigirl, Thanx! I've been catching up on the sleep I lost, but today had two networking sessions in two different areas of the city. Everyone loves my company name! I've also been working on getting these photos up on my website and just got word that the third house will be ready to stage the moment this house is sold! Spring has sprung, I think! Hope you're doing great too!
Hi Peg--after your staging that home is amazing. It's a beautiful home but would certainly have buyers wondering how to place furniture. I hope Dave gets a quick sale from all of your assistance.
Janet, Thanx! It means a lot coming from you! There is an offer on the house already and the greatest thing is: the third house that the builder wants us to stage is on the next block! So we can recycle some things!
I just found out we're doing a child's room so I get to use my lady bug nesting boxed! Woo hoo! AND I was just a Value Village today and found a rocking horse for $25! It's a great day!
WoooHooo GF. Fab job and congrats on the quick offers!
LKP! Thanx! It's really thrilling when a job gets a quick response! I'm really going to have fun with the child's room I'm doing on Friday, I love what I do!
Lovely staging and congratulations on such a great feature.
Wendy, Thanx! It was a whirlwind, but very satisfying results!
