Arizona is the fastest growing State!

So I just read an article that Arizona has nudged out Nevada as the fastest growing state 3.6 to 3.5%. Rounding out the top five were Idaho, Georgia, and Texas.

Coming from Connecticut I have found this interesting. The article continues to state that regionally, the Northeast is in last place of growth.

What does that mean for the housing market in the coming years?

In a related article - 3 out of the top 5 projected housing markets to rise are in Texas.

Looks like the lonestar state will be a good place to be an agent next year!

Be very careful about that data. Some markets are immune to things like real wages. Other items of note that are pertinent - are usually ignored like job growth and census data.

That is very true Renee. Those articles surely don't show the whole picture of the economy!

Georgia is the state that threw me. Also, North Carolina passing New Jersey was interesting. Looks like the southern and westward trend is getting stronger.
