By
Real Estate Agent with Leo Parker Real Estate & Auction

Ingredients

2 cups sliced bananas (about 2 large) 1 cup fresh blueberries 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows 1/4 cup shredded sweetened coconut 1/2 cup sour cream (can use low-fat if desired) 1 can (10 ounces) mandarin orange sections, well drained

Directions

Place the bananas, blueberries, marshmallows, and coconut in a medium-sized bowl. Toss to mix. Add the sour cream to the fruit mixture. Toss to mix. Add the oranges, and toss gently. Cover the salad, and chill for I to 3 hours before serving. Yields: 6 servings

You probably could also try yogurt to replace the sour cream. :)

... and then you pour homemade hot fudge on top before you serve it. Hmmmmm. Who's your Daddy?

Chocolate and/or hot fudge make all deserts better.
