Hi Everyone, Kinn again. What do you actually get? Approx. 42 years of quality accomodations at Disney. The DVC timeshare plan works best for usage at a DVC resort. That is where you will get the biggest bang for your buck. When owners use their DVC memberships to exchange out of the DVC timeshare plan, it is similar to you owning a Cadillac and trading to use a Ford. People buy DVC to use DVC. Sellers of the DVC plan usually receive their purchase price back when they sell their ownership, so the cost of your DVC stay is the amount of maintenance and taxes you pay for your ownership yearly. M/T's are based on a per point charge and varies from Resort to Resort. Here are the estimated dues for 2008:
