It's hard to believe that you can purchase a 4 plex for $116,000! That's less than $30,000 a unit. We have a Bank Repo 4 plex listed in Sacramento, CA for $389,900 and it's a steal! How much do these units rent for? We have investors looking out of state and I will pass along the information to them.
