CSU vs WY (Why your mom told you not to make bets)

Marcus:  Excuse me maam.  what is the story here??

Loser:  I made a bet.

Marcus:  on the game?

Loser: yes.

Marcus:  I see how long do you have to wear that sign.

Loser: An hour.  I have put in 30 minutes so far. 

Marcus:  good luck.

It was really fun to look out my office window and see a lady wearing a green sign with i am a loser.  (spelled wrong)  standing on highway 14. i am not sure the lunchtime traffic counts here but it had to be seen by a few thousand folks.
