LONGWOOD, Fla. – Cotter Ryan Construction in Longwood reports its 2007 revenues will top $12 million, up more than 30 percent over 2006. Scott Ryan, president of Cotter Ryan Construction, Inc., said projects that are in the pipeline now will push 2008 revenues past the $15 million mark. The firm’s largest construction project was the 32,000 square foot Legacy Village Office Park in Lake Mary, which cost $3.2 million. The firm plans to start construction of the multi-million dollar Savannah Park project at Heathrow in January, Ryan said.
